1. Refund Policy

Refunds are not provided after subscription activation/access is delivered.

However, refunds may be granted if:

  • Duplicate purchases occurred
  • Billing errors happened
  • No access was ever provided

Refund eligibility is reviewed within 7 business days of request.

2. Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel anytime before the next billing cycle.

After cancellation:

  • Access continues until the end of the paid period
  • You will not be charged again
